  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, agents, distributors or affiliated companies of the Promoter, and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  2. Purchase is necessary for UK only. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the relevant Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access, a smartphone/tablet with a camera or a desktop and a valid email address are required.
  3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume as this will not increase your chances of winning.
  4. Promotion Period:
    1. Winning Moments and Grand Prize Draw: Enter between 00:01 BST on 3 August 2026 and 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2026 inclusive.
    2. Wrap-Up Draw: Enter between 00:01 GMT on 1 November 2026 and 23:59 GMT on 31 January 2027 inclusive.
  5. To Enter the Promotion:
    1. Winning Moments and Grand Prize Draw: Entrants must purchase Participating Pack of OREO cookies, see clause 6 for details. Using your chosen device scan the QR code found on a Participating Pack of OREO cookies or visit oreo-bts.oreo.eu/UK and select whether you have OREO cookies or not. Then complete the online form to provide your details: Full name and email address and press ‘Submit’. Then enter the EAN code found on pack, scan your pack of OREO cookie or scroll through the OREO cookies from the dropdown list to do so digitally, then enter mobile phone number if requested and press ‘Submit’. Winning entrants will be notified immediately on screen and all valid entrants will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw shared with residents of the Republic of Ireland.
    2. Wrap Up Draw: Entrants must purchase any pack of OREO cookies, during the Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period. Using your chosen device, scan the QR code found on a Pack of OREO cookies or visit oreo-bts.oreo.eu/UK and select whether you have OREO cookies or not. Then complete the online form to provide your details: Full name and email address and press ‘Submit’. Then enter the EAN code found on pack and press ‘Submit’ to enter the Wrap Up Draw shared with residents of the Republic of Ireland.

  7. Further Entry Conditions:
    1. Smart phones using operating systems below iOS 14 or Android 9, and iPhone models older than an iPhone 8 may operate at a sub-standard rate which may impact on an entrant’s completion time.
    2. The cookie scanning can only be launched using mobile Safari version 17.1 or newer, Samsung Internet version 23 or newer, or Google Chrome version 119 or newer. All applications must be enabled with JavaScript to launch the cookie scanning.
  8. Each entry must be accompanied by a new receipt of a purchase made within the Promotion Period that pre-dates the time and date of entry. Maximum of one entry into the Winning Moments promotion and the Grand Prize Draw is permitted per person, per day during the Promotion Period and a maximum of one Prize type is permitted per postal address during the entire Promotion.
  9. Winners must retain the itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase made within the Promotional Period that pre-dates the time and date of entry, as they may be required to provide this at any time for validation and in order for the Winner to receive the prize. If proof of purchase for all entries submitted cannot be provided by an entrant if requested by the Promoter, that entrant will no longer be eligible to enter the Promotion and all subsequent entries will be void.
  10. A person is defined by name and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a prize claim to be valid. Postal addresses used to claim may be checked and verified via Royal Mail PAF for eligibility. Winners are provisional at point of win/claim and may be subject to prize claim verification to qualify win.
  11. Prizes:
    1. Winning Moments Prizes: During the Winning Moments Promotion Period, there are a total of 339 Prizes to be won. Each Winner will receive 1 of the following, allocated randomly:
      • 42 x Oreo x BTS Branded Neon Signs
      • 42 x Oreo x BTS Branded Cookie Jars
      • 255 x Oreo x BTS Posters
    2. Grand Prize Draw Prize: There will be 1 winner from all entries pooled between entrants from both the UK and the Republic of Ireland. The winner will win 1 x £/€ 5,000 Inspire Travel Card.
    3. Wrap Up Draw Prize: There will be a total of 1 winner from all entries pooled between entrants from both the UK and the Republic of Ireland. The winner will win 1 x £/€500 cash.
  12. Further Prize & Reward Details and Conditions:
    1. Winning Moments Prizes:
      • By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize provided, and to the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter shall have no liability to the Winner in relation to the Prize, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise.
      • It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
      • The Promoter will ensure all Prizes are properly dispatched and delivered to the address provided by each winner. In the event of lost or damage in transit, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to replace the affected Prize. If the exact Prize is no longer available, a substitute of equal or greater value may be provided.
      • Pictures and images used in connection with the Promotion are for illustrative purposes only and might not reflect a true likeness of the Prizes. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as Prizes.
      • The OREO x BTS branded neon sign is 380 * 285 mm in size. It is a Type C port, with the USB cable included. It is made of a silicone neon tube, LED and acrylic.
      • The OREO x BTS branded Cookie Jar is approximately 16cm diameter by 21 cm height.
      • The OREO x BTS branded posters are A2 size.
    2. Grand Prize:
      • The Grand Prize consists of a £5,000 voucher in the form of an electronic gift code.
      • If the value of the order exceeds the value of the Grand Prize, the winner shall pay the corresponding difference. If the value of the order is lower than the value of the Grand Prize, the difference shall not be refunded to the winner.
      • If the Grand Prize is not redeemed by the expiry date, its value shall not be reimbursed and the winner is not entitled to use it.
      • The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration in whole or in part. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.

    3. Wrap-Up Prize:
      • The winners will receive their £500 cash via bank transfer.
      • Winners are required to have a valid UK bank account.
      • The winner is responsible for providing their correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
      • The Winner’s bank details must match the name provided on entry.
  13. Winner Selection:
    1. Winning Moments: 50% of all entries during the Promotion Period will randomly get through to a daily prize basket. If prizes are still available at a given time of participation, a prize will be awarded. The prize basket will refill at a random time throughout the day. The first eligible participants who get through to the prize basket win a prize provided there is a prize in the basket at the point of entering. If no entry is received, any prize that is not won and redeemed on that day will be transferred into the next calendar day. Should more than one prize type be in the daily prize basket, prize allocation will be random until all the prizes have been won.
    2. Grand Prize: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period within the UK and the Republic of Ireland. For your total confidence, the Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Wrap Up Draw Period.
    3. Wrap-Up Draw: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Period within the UK and the Republic of Ireland. For your total confidence, the Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Wrap Up Draw Period.
  14. Winner Notification:
    1. Winning Moments Prizes: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen. Winners will receive a confirmation email to their email address used upon entry, confirming their Prize and requesting fulfilment details. Provisional winners will be required to follow the instructions within 7 days of initial contact to confirm their Prize. If provisional winners do not follow the instructions in the confirmation email within 7 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify those provisional winners and return the Prizes to the promotion Prize pool generating another winning moment which may be won by another entrant during the Promotion Period.
    2. Wrap-Up and Grand Prize Draw: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Grand Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
  15. Prize Acceptance & Delivery: Provisional Winners may be asked to provide evidence of identity or eligibility. Once a Provisional Winner provides evidence of their identity and eligibility if requested, they should look out for an email confirming they are a Winner along with further Prize Details. Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing oreobts@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
  16. Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to PV20063 OREO IMC 2026, PO Box 704, Pinner, HA5 9PF, within 3 months of the closing date. In the event they win, winners may request their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
  17. If any changes are made to these terms and conditions, the Promoter will inform entrants via this website.
  18. It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information in order to claim their Prize. The Promoter will not be liable for the non-delivery of the Prize caused by the provision of wrong information. A winner’s postal or email address cannot be updated after entry.
  19. Winners will not incur any costs to claim a Prize or equivalent benefit. A consumer may incur a cost to enter the Promotion. Winners will not incur any costs during the arrangements made by the Promoter for the winner to receive their Prize.
  20. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion, including use of a winner’s name, voice, city/county of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known, without further compensation (financial or otherwise). Such participation is entirely optional, subject to the winner’s prior consent, and is not a condition of entry or Prize Acceptance.
  21. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    7. Disqualify entries that are completed under a minimum time completion threshold, as reasonably determined by the Promoter.
  22. Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.
  23. The Prizes and gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
  24. Any relevant taxes that are required to be paid in order to claim the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
  25. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or invalidate any affected entries and/or to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.
  26. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the promotional website.
  27. The Promoter, the prize fulfilment agency and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  28. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities.
  29. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at oreo-bts.oreo.eu/gb/campaign/privacy-notice. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants.
  30. If any part of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
  31. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  32. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
  33. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
