This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, agents, distributors or affiliated companies of the Promoter, and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
Purchase from any Tesco store is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access, a smartphone/tablet with a camera or a desktop and a valid email address are required.
Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume as this will not increase your chances of winning.
Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 BST on 15 July 2026 and 23:59 GMT on 11 August 2026 inclusive.
To Enter the Promotion: Entrants must purchase a Participating Pack of OREO cookies, see clause 6 for details, from any Tesco store. Using your chosen device scan the QR code found in store to visit oreo-bts.oreo.eu/UK and complete the online form to provide your details: full name and email address and press ‘Submit’ and enter the EAN code found on pack. Then select whether you have OREO cookies or not, scan your OREO cookie or scroll through the OREO cookies to do so digitally, enter mobile phone number if requested and press ‘Submit’. All valid entrants will be entered into the Prize Draw.

Further Entry Conditions:
Smart phones using operating systems below iOS 14 or Android 9, and iPhone models older than an iPhone 8 may operate at a sub-standard rate which may impact on an entrant’s completion time.
The challenge can only be launched using mobile Safari version 17.1 or newer, Samsung Internet version 23 or newer, or Google Chrome version 119 or newer. All applications must be enabled with JavaScript to launch the challenge.
Each entry must be accompanied by a new receipt of a purchase made within the Promotion Period that pre-dates the time and date of entry. Maximum of one entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. A maximum of one Prize is permitted per person during the entire Promotion.
Winners must retain the itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase made within the Promotional Period that pre-dates the time and date of entry, as they may be required to provide this at any time for validation and in order for the Winner to receive the prize. If proof of purchase for all entries submitted cannot be provided by an entrant if requested by the Promoter, that entrant will no longer be eligible to enter the Promotion and all subsequent entries will be void.
A person is defined by name and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a prize claim to be valid. Postal addresses used to claim may be checked and verified via Royal Mail PAF for eligibility. Winners are provisional at point of win/claim and may be subject to prize claim verification to qualify win.
Prizes: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x trip to iHeartRadio Festival at the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas Nevada on 18th – 19th September 2026 including:

Return economy flights for two people from a major airport nearest to winner’s residence.

Further Prize & Reward Details and Conditions:
If the guest of the winner is below the age of 18, the guest must provide written parental or guardian consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
At least one of either the winner or the guest must be over the age of 21 in order to check in to the hotel.
The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of their Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the event/venue.
Tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available. If the winner is unable to attend or cancels the booking after confirming acceptance of the Prize, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund of any expenses incurred will be provided.
The Prize is subject to the terms, conditions, rules and requirements of the relevant event organiser and/or venue operator. The Promoter has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the organisation or operation of the event. If the event organiser and/or venue operator cancels, postpones, reschedules or materially changes the event, or refuses, withdraws or restricts admission to the event for the winner and/or their guest for any reason, the Promoter shall not be liable and no alternative prize, compensation, reimbursement or cash equivalent will be provided, except where required by law.
Airline seats are subject to availability.
Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.
The winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the relevant Airline’s published Terms and Conditions.
Flight extras (including ancillary services) are not included in the Prize.
Flights may be indirect; the route is determined at the Promoter’s discretion.
Travel must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted.
The winner and their guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same rooms in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. All elements must be taken together.
The Promoter will pay the cost of a standard room plus related room taxes.
A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.
The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
The Prize will be forfeited if:
the winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
the winner has any travel/immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within pre-booked period; or
the winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
It will be the winner’s and their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize.
The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the any part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. In the event the winner or their guest is unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
The winner and their guest must comply with these Terms and Conditions and all terms, conditions, policies, rules and requirements imposed by the event organiser, ticket issuer and/or venue operator, including those available at https://www.iheart.com/music-festival/ and https://www.t-mobilearena.com/, as amended from time to time. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure by the winner or their guest to comply with such requirements. Failure to do so may result in admission being refused, participation being restricted, tickets being withdrawn or the winner and/or their guest being removed from the event, and no alternative prize, compensation or cash equivalent will be provided in such circumstances.
Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
Any other expenses or items not specifically listed, including but not limited to, transportation, accommodations, meals, parking and souvenirs, are the responsibility of winner and/or winner’s guest(s). If the ticketed event or any portion thereof is postponed, rained out, canceled, or for other reasons beyond Sponsor’s control does not occur, the Sponsor will not be responsible for replacing the ticketed portion of prize. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon, and seat locations (if any) are as solely determined by Sponsor. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the venue operator, prize provider or any other persons providing any prize-related services. If travel delays, cancellations or difficulty prevent arrival in time for the event, the Sponsor is not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof. Tickets must be redeemed as stated in the prize notification or otherwise stated in the Official Rules. Winner must present state authorized identification prior to being awarded the prize. Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If prize is forfeited for any reason, winner will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of the Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein. Winner agrees to accept all space availability requirements established by the venue. Winner and guest(s) must comply with all applicable laws, and any rules and regulations established by the venue. Sponsor and the applicable venue representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner (and his/her guest(s)) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event or in any other objectionable behavior. Winner agrees that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.
Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 24 hours within the end of the Promotion Period.
Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 24 hours of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 4 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
Prize Acceptance & Delivery: Provisional Winners may be asked to provide evidence of identity or eligibility. Once a Provisional Winner provides evidence of their identity and eligibility if requested, they should look out for an email confirming they are a Winner along with further Prize Details. Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 5 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing oreobts@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to PV20063 Tesco x OREO IMC 2026, PO Box 704, Pinner, HA5 9PF, within 3 months of the closing date. In the event they win, winners may request their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
If any changes are made to these terms and conditions, the Promoter will inform entrants via this website.
It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information in order to claim their Prize. The Promoter will not be liable for the non-delivery of the Prize caused by the provision of wrong information. A winner’s postal or email address cannot be updated after entry.
Winners will not incur any costs to claim a Prize or equivalent benefit. A consumer may incur a cost to enter the Promotion. Winners will not incur any costs during the arrangements made by the Promoter for the winner to receive their Prize.
The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion, including use of a winner’s name, voice, city/county of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known, without further compensation (financial or otherwise). Such participation is entirely optional, subject to the winner’s prior consent, and is not a condition of entry or Prize Acceptance.
The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
Disqualify entries that are completed under a minimum time completion threshold, as reasonably determined by the Promoter.
Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.
The Prizes and gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
Any relevant taxes that are required to be paid in order to claim the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or invalidate any affected entries and/or to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the promotional website.
The Promoter, the prize fulfilment agency and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities.
The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at https://privacy.mondelezinternational.com/eu/en-gb/privacy-notice/. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
